Took my car to the garage without making a booking for an unexpected issue with the coolant tank. I have in the past been to garages and felt a little intimidated being a female going alone but the staff were so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble which put me immediately at ease, the issue was fixed and sorted there and then which I was more than pleased with couldn't ask for better service, will definitely be using again.
